Lanes are reserved in ˝-hour timeslots; each ˝-hour counts as one visit

Lanes may be reserved up to 1 hour; 1 hour will cost 2 visits

Lanes may be reserved up to 1 week in advance

a.
Lanes are reserved in ˝-hour timeslots

Lanes are reserved in ˝-hour timeslots and may be reserved up to 1 hour

For
your privacy, when you reserve a
lane, only your account # will appear on the daily lane screen.
D.
Canceling a reserved lane
should be done on-line by visiting:

1.
A
visit will be charged if the lane is not cancelled at least 5 hours prior to
reservation time.
2.
Members
who have purchased the unlimited package who fail to cancel their lane at least
5 hours prior to reservation time, 3 times within a 28 day period, will forfeit
reservations privileges for 30 days from the date of the 3rd
“offense”.
A. Visits
are purchased in packages of 50, 100, 200, or unlimited and are shared among
members within the same account.
B. You may upgrade your visits package within 30 days of purchasing a visits package
(i.e. after purchasing a 50 visit package you realize you will come more frequently...you
have 30 days to upgrade to a 100, 200, or unlimited package by paying only the
difference between the 2
packages).
C. A visit is charged
1.
For
each member that uses a reserved lane.
a.
Members sharing a lane for ˝ an hour will each be charged 1 visit each.
b. Members
sharing a lane for 1 hour where each member has reserved the lane
for ˝ an hour will only be charged 1 visit each.
2.
If a lane is not cancelled with at least 5 hours notice.
D. A visit is not charged for pre and post-lesson practice time (see
section VII).
E.
At
management’s discretion, if the swimmer is a child, a guardian may be required
to accompany the child in the water.
1.
If
the guardian is a member, a visit will be charged to the family account.
2.
If
the guardian is not a member, there will be a $5 charge.
3.
The guardian accompanying the
student may not swim laps at
that time.
F. Unused visits may be carried over for 30 days into the new membership year as long as the membership has been renewed.
V. WHEN YOU COME TO USE A LANE
A.
Members must sign in when they come in for a reserved lane.
B.
You may swim, walk, aquacise,
snorkel, or even SCUBA (if you are certified) in your lane.
C.
Please use the lane you reserved;
you may use a different lane if it is available.
D.
When your lane-time is up
1.
You may continue to swim in your lane as long as the lane is available.
2.
If your lane is not available, you
may use another lane as long as it is available.
VI.
GUESTS AND GUEST PASSES
A.
Members receive 2 guest passes for
every 50 visits purchased; unlimited members receive 10 guest passes; premium
unlimited members receive 15 guest passes.
B.
Guests must be accompanied by the member and must sign in
C.
Members
may reserve a lane for their guest by using their own name and account # to
reserve the lane
D.
Additional guest passes are available for $12 each or $50 for a package
of 5.
A. Members taking classes may spend up to ˝ hour before or after class in the assigned
practice lane.
B.
There
is a lane dedicated to pre and post-lesson practice time
C.
At management’s discretion, a guardian may be required to accompany the
student in the water
1.
If
the guardian or parent is a member, there will be no charge and no visit will be
charged to the family account.
2.
If
the guardian or parent is not a member, there will be a $5 charge.
3.
The
guardian accompanying the student may
not swim laps at that time.
D. Students must stay in the assigned lane and not interfere with lessons and members
swimming laps
E.
Students
may not jump nor dive during post-lesson practice time
A.
Each member will receive his/her own membership card.
B.
You
must have your membership card for swim visits and post-lesson practice times.
C.
The replacement fee for a lost card is $5.
A.
Memberships cancelled within 30 days of enrollment will receive a full
refund minus
1. A $20
processing fee
2.
A fee of
$5 per membership card issued
3.
The difference between the member and non-member
price of any class for which the member enrolled while a member
B.
There will be no refund for memberships cancelled 30
days beyond enrollment date.
X. “FREEZING” YOUR MEMBERSHIP
A.
Memberships may be “frozen” for up to 30 days (in
the event of prolonged travel, illness, etc.)
B.
Requests
must be submitted in writing with a proposed “freezing” start date.
XI. COMMUNICATION
A.
We do almost all communication via
e-mail. Please provide us with a
valid e-mail address and notify us if your e-mail address changes.
B.
For your privacy, we will not
share your e-mail address with anyone.
